Then use Sunbeam to gain a deep understanding of what customers are saying, in a way which speaks directly to your business. It doesn't stop there, you can also pull in data from other sources such as social media and online review platforms to create an even richer set of insights.

Elixir is the bedrock of our survey product, making it possible to easily deliver features like collaborative building. It also powers our reactive response flows which help encourage customers to leave deep and specific feedback. It's enabled our small team of 4 to ship features on the scale of hours, rather than days or weeks, while giving us confidence in our stability and performance.
